Pierce has experience across Rugby, Athletics and Powerlifting. He is a national champion powerlifter and represented Ireland internationally in Norway last year. His coaching is built on proven methods that he uses himself.

None at all. You do not need to be fit, strong or experienced. All you need is a goal. We guide you from where you are to where you want to be with a personalised plan.
Our small group sessions have up to 8 people. After your consultation and screening, you receive your own individual program through TeamBuildr. Every session is supervised by a coach who supports your technique, progress and confidence
For maximum attention and accountability 1-1 is better vs the sgpt which is more cost effective and will involve more of a community fee in the sessions. Both are tailored to the individual and both will get you to your goals, it just comes down to preference.
After an initial consultation and screening we create a plan to get you to our goal, then you have access to our coaches to assist you where you need as well as weekly check ins, analysis and feedback.
